Mrs Adura (Barrister), Elected First Female Tiv Councillor

The President of MUTUK, Chief Victor Aleva, has stated, "Adura is the first person of Tiv descent to be elected into public office in the UK". Her election is significant within the community, as is a milestone of the first female to be elected into public office.
